Do the Quik videos eat up the customer’s data plan?

Although this may sound like a daunting task it is achieved very easily by simply adding an opp code to each RO which reads (Customer agrees that dealer may contact them via Phone, Email or Text) Should the customers wish to revoke their permission, they can do it at any time by unsubscribing from Quik Video messaging system.

How strong must my WiFi be?

WiFi requirement is 9 Mbps of upload speed, which is far less than most dealers would currently have.

Do my advisors get notification once the customer watches the video?

Yes. Every time the customer watches the video the advisors will be notified by email and internet browser notification.

How long do I have access to the videos?

Once your video has been created and sent, it will stay on the system, allowing you to revisit the video whenever needed and are stored for review for 3 years.

Am I limited to the number of videos I can make?
