There is a huge advantage to Quik now being fully integrated with Dealertrack DMS. Now, the Quik software can be used alongside the Dealertrack dealer management system already in place in your workshop.

With this integration of two systems, when a technician creates a repair order on the DMS, a video request is automatically created on Quik.Video, allowing the technician to create and send a video of repair recommendations to the customer. Along with this, Quik is automatically checking for closed repair orders every morning and automatically closing jobs that have been completed.

The integration with Dealertrack gives Quik access to Open Track, Dealertrack’s cloud-based technologies proven to help dealerships grow.
